Choose Your Stay
Single Private Room – $1,500
Enjoy your own peaceful retreat space with privacy and quiet.
Bottom Full Bunk – $1,100
Cozy and convenient, with easy access in a shared bunk room. Two people per room, built-in bunk, ensuite bath for two.
Top Bunk / Shared King – $990
Our most affordable option. Either share a king bed or take a built-in top bunk. Two people per room, ensuite bath for two.
These prices cover all retreat essentials—shared meals, sessions, bonding time, and community. You’ll walk home better equipped and filled up, not just with ideas, but connection and joy too.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t attend after I register?
Because of the nature of this event, we cannot issue refunds once your spot is purchased. However, you are welcome to sell or transfer your registration to another mom. Just let us know her name so we can update our records.
Does my ticket cover travel to the retreat?
No, travel to and from Destin, Florida, is not included. You’ll be responsible for arranging your own airfare or driving to the retreat house. Parking will be available for ten vehicles.
Where should I fly in, and how do I get to the retreat house?
Plan to fly into Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). The house is about 36 minutes away. We’ll provide the exact address and check-in details a couple of weeks before the retreat.
Most attendees ride share. Once registration is finalized, we’ll help connect you with others who arrive around the same time so you can ride together.
When does the retreat begin and end?
You may arrive at the retreat house starting at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2026. The retreat officially begins with dinner at 6:00 p.m. that evening.
The retreat concludes with breakfast on Sunday, January 25, 2026. Guests must check out and depart by noon. Lunch will not be provided on Sunday.
What’s included in my registration?
Your registration covers:
- Lodging for the retreat
- All meals, snacks, desserts, and drinks (from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast)
- Morning Time sessions, evening encouragement, and practical workshops
- Retreat materials
About a month before the event, you’ll also be added to a private space in our online community where you can get to know other attendees and start connecting.
Are meals included, and what if I have food sensitivities?
Yes! All meals, snacks, desserts, and drinks are included with your registration. We provide gluten-free and dairy-free options, and do our best to accommodate common sensitivities. Please note: while every effort is made to offer safe alternatives, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen or prevent cross-contamination.
Can I request a roommate?
Absolutely. If you’d like to room with a particular friend, please email us at info@pambarnhill.com with your request once you have both booked. We’ll do our best to honor it, though we can’t make guarantees.
Can I use a coupon code or discount for my retreat ticket?
No. Retreat registrations are not eligible for coupon codes or discounts. If a discount is accidentally applied at checkout, your registration will not be valid until the full amount is paid. Any partial payments received will be refunded.
