Give your teen the tools to thrive in the real world. Teens on Track: Life Skills is a flexible, 16-week program that builds confidence and competence through hands-on, real-life lessons. It’s designed for independent learning with minimal parent involvement and includes structured plans, engaging workbook activities, and weekly check-ins to help teens stay accountable.
This course covers personal organization, healthy habits, financial literacy, emotional intelligence, and more. Teens will build skills they’ll actually use—and parents get peace of mind knowing they’re preparing for life after high school.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I check out?
On the download page you will be given access to a PDF. Once you open it, there is an invitation link to create an account on our online portal. You will use the portal to access the material in the plans from your browser or by downloading our app. It is easily accessed by desktop or mobile device. We will also mail a copy of the invitation PDF to your email as well.
What else do I need to buy?
You’ll need copies of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens and Life Skills for Teens. These are used throughout the course for readings and reflection. Everything else is included.
How much parent involvement is required?
Very little. Teens complete tasks independently, and parents check in weekly using our simple teacher’s guide to review progress and discuss what they’ve learned.
Can this be used for high school credit?
Yes. Most families award a half credit in Life Skills. You can combine it with Teens on Track: Etiquette or another course for a full credit.
What age is this for?
The course is designed for students ages 15 and up.
